Gyroflow
Also known as: Gyroflow Toolbox, gyro stabilization software
Free, open-source software that stabilizes video after shooting from the camera gyro data, turning shaky FPV and action footage into gimbal-smooth shots.

What it means
Gyroflow reads the motion data that many cameras log alongside the video, such as the gyro stream inside GoPro files (GPMF) or a separate log from an FPV flight controller, and uses it to counter-rotate every frame. Because it knows exactly how the camera moved, it does not need to guess from the picture the way older warp tools do.
The result is often smoother than in-camera stabilization, and it lets you choose afterwards how much to crop, how strongly to smooth, and whether to lock the horizon. That flexibility made it a favorite of FPV pilots who fly a camera with stabilization turned off.
How it works in practice
The usual workflow is to record with in-camera stabilization off and the widest lens mode, then load each clip into Gyroflow, pick or detect the lens profile, sync the gyro data and export a new file. It can also run as a plugin inside some editors, so you stabilize on the timeline without rendering an intermediate file first.
Settings matter. A higher smoothness value gives floaty, cinematic motion but needs more crop, while a lower one keeps the feeling of speed. Fast shutter speeds help, because stabilization cannot remove the blur baked into a frame, and rolling shutter correction works best when the lens profile matches your exact camera mode.
What to watch out for
Gyroflow only works if the motion data is there. Cameras that strip or never record gyro data, re-exported files and clips trimmed in a phone app often lose it, so stabilize from the original files straight off the card. Mixing up lens profiles produces wobbly edges that look worse than the shaky original.
Exports can be large and slow. Choose a sensible codec and Bitrate rather than the highest possible setting, or a transcoded master may fill your drive before you have touched the edit. Test one short clip with your chosen settings before batch-processing a whole trip.
How RawClip handles it
RawClip does not stabilize footage itself. If you fly or ride with stabilization off, run your clips through Gyroflow first and upload the stabilized MP4 or MOV exports, then the AI builds your highlight from those smooth versions.
